OSBORN, Mo. - This Friday, June 5, is the Budweiser Shootout at US 36 Raceway. The Sprint Series of Nebraska and Non-Wing Sprints headline the event. The IMCA Stock Cars, E-Modifieds and Pure Stocks are also racing.
The Non-Wing Sprints portion of the show pays $1,000 to win and $200 to start. The Sprint Series of Nebraska pays $700 to win and $250 to start. Both sprint classes have heat races bonuses as well as $75 goes to each heat race winner, $50 to second and $25 to third.
The pit gates open at 4 p.m. The grandstands open at 6 p.m., with hot laps at 7:30 p.m. and racing at 8 p.m. Tickets for the event are $20 for general admission, $18 for senior and military and children 12 and younger are free. Pit passes are $35.
