US 36 Raceway Social Distancing Guidelines For Return To Racing

We ask that everyone please read these carefully and thoroughly.

SPECTATORS

1.) Spectators must sit at least 6 feet apart. Family groups may sit together, but everyone else must be 6 feet apart.

2.) Spectators must sit every other row.

3.) For any situation where a line may form, at least 6 feet must remain between each person in line. This is in effect for the ticket booth, concession area, beer shack and bathrooms.

4.) At the concession stand, there will be NO community condiment area. All condiments will be added by the concession staff if wanted.

6.) DO NOT stand in the concourse area to spectate. We understand many of our fans like standing behind the bleachers, however this may clog that area. If you are not getting concessions, you must be seated in the bleachers.

7.) It is highly recommended each spectator wear a mask.

8.) We will have people on property monitoring these guidelines. We will also have markers around the property.

9.) If you do not feel well, please stay home.

10.) Refusal to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the property.

DRIVERS AND CREW

1.) Please stay within your respective pit area as much as possible.

2.) When outside your pit area, please remain at least 6 feet from others.

3.) When your car is on track you may go up and watch. When spectating from the pit area, the spectator guidelines above apply to you as well.

4.) It is highly recommended everyone in the pit area wear a mask.

5.) We will have our computer system auto draw for you at driver check in. To the superstitious drivers out there, we are sorry about this one, but it will be in effect. Redraw will also be done the same way.

6.) For classes running transponders, you will be given a transponder in a plastic bag at check in.

7.) When checking in or getting a pit pass at the pit shack, same as spectators, remain at least 6 feet apart.

8.) If you do not feel well, please stay home.

9.) Refusal to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the property.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?

  1. Drivers, either fill out the registration form online (at https://www.myracepass.com/tracks/3461/registrations ) or have a printed out copy (found at http://www.us36racewaydirttrack.com/downloads/get.aspx?i=562790 ) ready to go.

  2. The driver’s meeting will be posted to Facebook on race night. Make sure to watch. We will not gather for a traditional driver’s meeting.

  3. Adhere to these guidelines. If everyone actively follows these, we will be able to hold our race safely.

Thank you, US 36 Raceway
